Program Flow
Private experience in a 90-year-old traditional Japanese house with a great atmosphere and a sense of Japanese life
Observe an inspiring performance by a professional calligrapher writing on a large sheet of paper
Learn about calligraphy and kanji through slides created in English
Enjoy learning about calligraphy and kanji with quizzes
Participants are briefed on tools and writing techniques, and begin writing immediately.
Take a picture with your work
Enjoy a cup of the finest Japanese tea brewed in a kyusu (Japanese teapot) at a Japanese tea store.
